EBA Filing Rules 5.2 for Supervisory Reporting
The European Banking Authority (EBA) published an updated version of Filing Rules 5.2 for supervisory reporting. The update modifies rule 3.6 to redefine the condition to apply the new reporting subject and to explicitly instruct the usage of entity types to indicate aggregate levels in the reporting subject of an aggregate reporting document. This update must be followed for all the submissions and resubmissions as of 1 January 2023 with EBA Reporting Framework 3.2.
EBA Filing Rules 5.2 to modify rule 3.6 to explicitly instruct the usage of aggregate entity types to indicate aggregate levels in the reporting subject of an aggregate reporting document. Use neutral entity schema “https://eurofiling.info/eu/rs” replacing https://www.eba.europa.eu/. Remove point 5 “5. X is C-Equal to Y, and” in rule 2.16, the point 5 is already covered by other rules and is redundant.
